Christmas soon + Xiao Jiu’s wedding day

December month is the wonderful and holy month. Because this month we are preparing for Jesus born to this world. On the wonderful day call “Christmas”. Beside this wonderful day, there were another special or big occasion on this month, that is today,小舅 (Xiao Jiu)’s wedding day.

We were back to Malacca 2 days ago. We joined the bachelor night for Xiao Jiu and you also met a lot of aunties and uncles. Today, we need to wake up very early, and prepared to attend church ceremony. Mummy let you wear skirt that brought by Xiao Jiu. You look so nice and so cute. Furthermore the funny thing is you are less hair… you look very funny.

However, you still pretty and everybody also want to carry you. Now you are better, at least when people offer, you will said yes. Let mummy rest a while. This day, you play a lot and you also very enjoy. You can recognize a lot of peoples and also like to see all the beautiful things. When you saw it, you will said 美美 (Mei Mei). At this moment, beside the body language, you also can tell mummy with want or don’t want in Hokkien. Now, you can said very clearly on words example:- papa, mama, bear x2, star, baby, fan, fish, halo, bye bye, Xiao Jiu, Da Jiu, Da Gu, Ah Kong, Ah Ma, Jie Jie etc. You also can sang a bit of the mandarin song with 爸爸..在家….‘pa pa zai jia’.

During this period, you also start to learn about your body. You can show which one is eyes, ear, nose, mouth and hair. Make us so happy and so fun with you.

Stand firm with trying 1 or 2 steps now...

During this period, you can stand very firm by holding table or chair. You like to stand more often now. You can walk few step by holding the chair or table. Sometimes you try 1 or 2 steps to walk alone, but mummy can felt that your are very afraid. Anyway, at least mummy knew that you think of to do that, just that you are not ready yet. Mummy & daddy always encourage you, but you still no confident on it. Never mind step by step, at least you try it.

You like to take things especially all the things put on top on the table. You will take it and throw it to the floor. Maybe you like to hear the sound from all the throwing because it bring a lot of differentia. Mummy brought you a music dram, but you not really like it at this moment. You will play with it around 5 minus then you will look for new things to play.

This month, mummy also brought you a table toy set. When you saw it, the first thing attract your attention was the phone. You very happy when saw the toy and sitting beside the toy to play. Hehehe…. Mummy & daddy at least have a short break while you are playing with this toy set.

Happy Birthday to Aurelia (1 year-old)

Happy birthday to you my loving daughter....

You are now 1-year-old. Daddy & mummy did not buy you a big present. Just brought you a double layer cake with pools and we give you 红包(Hong Bao). No friends were celebrated with you, because you still small, yet to know friends. All the people to celebrate with you are your aunties and uncles.

小舅 (Xiao Jiu) brought you a skirt and others all gave you 红包(Hong Bao). Mummy cook a lot of foods on this day, and we took lunch at home. You very tired on this day because play too much. You like to play小舅 (Xiao Jiu)’s hand phone but you are not allow him to carry you.

You still don’t know how to walk by yourself. You enjoying to calm around the house. Mummy was wondering when you will learn how to walk?

Learning stage to understand words

You like to eat bite-bite that mummy brought for you. Maybe because of your gum itchy due to your teethes are growing, so you like something to be bite. You can hold the biscuit yourself and finish it. Your hand also more stronger than last time. You can hold a lot of things and the most you like is the phone. Once you get the phone on hand, you will put near to your ear and said ‘halo’… I’m surprise that you can do that.

You learn thing without teach by anyone but by your hearing and watching process.

Start from this month, you also like to watch the VCD with mandarin song (kid’s song brought by mummy) and Magic English (Learning words sponsor by San Yi). But the problem you had was you cannot concentrate the whole VCD. You only choose when the turn that you felt you like it. Maybe you still not understand, what are the meaning for all this. However, mummy will continue to play it to bring you the environment with fun, colour and also hearing practices with music or sound.

Learning stage to walk

You are now more stronger compare to last 2 months. At this period of time, you know how to stand yourself by holding something just beside you. You also start making all the sound
when ever you heard it. Any music or song that you like,will bring your concentration there.

Hehe… now you have more teethes.. total 8. Up & down each 4 teethes. You started to eat solid food like porridge, vegetables as well as some soft fruits. You did not like to play the toys that mummy brought, but you like to play with the boxes. Any box will do for you. You will try to open it and close it back. But, most of the time you manage to open but not managed to close it back :)

You also like watching play station games. When your cousin, 凯雯(Kai Wen) on the play station, you will sit beside her to watch her play the games. Aiyoo… do not know whether you understand or not, but you can show out your emotion… very funny action and always bring joy to the 大姑(Da Gu)’s family.

Jesus call back maternal grandpa day... :'(

The most tiring and sadness day for mummy, daddy and you as well. Mummy received a midnight call from三姨(San Yi) about maternal grandpa collapsed at her house and sent in to hospital under ICU. Situation was very critical and the percentage/chances of grandpa to live was very low. Mummy cannot stay anymore and we had a midnight journey back to Klang to meet grandpa. Due to we are not prepared on it, and you still small. You just slept as normal during this journey. Mummy be the driver on this way home because daddy need to rest but mummy can’t sleep anymore.

We managed to reach there about 7am. Rushing to meet grandpa and when mummy look at grandpa, hope was totally gone. You are good girl and did not bring any worries for mummy. You still not clear how to call ‘ah kong’, but you knew how to ‘sayang’ him by using your hand. You smile very happily with him. Even through grandpa did not open his eyes, but mummy knew that he knew it that we were there with him. This day, maternal grandpa to be called back to heaven by God.

Aurelia 9 months :)

Today we are as usual stay at home and play with you. You like to listen to the music and also love to hear all the nice sound. Today, you still same sitting on your walker and play with the music buttons. You very happy with the music playing out and we ask you to dance :) You are happily jump up & down and walk around using your walker.

We always playing ‘chia chi kong’ (open & close your fingers) with you. To let you exercise your fingers and teach you how to bye-bye (or ta-ta), fly kiss, and ‘sayang’ peoples. You try to figure out what all this, and you might be not understand what all this. You just follow when mummy or daddy asking..... We are enjoy to teach you all this simple tasks & words.
